E-mail to ask for information.By Sara and Laura.

Llys Meddyg Restaurant and Rooms

Dear Sr. Adams,
My name is Sara Martínez and my family and I are interested in spending a holiday at your hotel. We’re planning our holiday for next July and we need some information about your hotel. I have been searching your website and I couldn’t find any information about disabled people facilities. My dad is in a wheelchair and we need to know if your bathrooms are adapted and if you have elevators or rooms on the ground floor.
I would also like to know if you have free Internet access, a swimming pool and the type of activities you have for families.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Sara

What is the most important thing that we need to teach children? by Delia

 Seattle Municipal Archives

Important experiences in your childhood shape you as a person, so I think we should teach children the importance of sharing, the community involvment and the value of truth.

Sharing is the first thing they have to learn. When I was 13, one night when I was in my bed the phone rang. It was a friend of mine. She told me that she was in the street because she had forgotten her keys and she couldn't get into her house. I told her to come on and we shared my bed. Since then she has been my best friend.

In addition, we should teach them that they should help other people. Since I was a child I've always collected the clothes that I have outgrown and I put it in a container for used clothes. My mum has always told me that we must help poor people because in the future we may also need help.

Finally, children have to know that they must tell the truth always. When I was 8, I missed class one day because I had a terrible headache. The following day I told my teacher that I hadn't gone to school because I had been ill. Three of my classmates told her the same. It was not true, they had not been ill, and she didn't believe me. I felt very sad because I was telling the truth.

In conclussion, I think we should teach children to became good people.

Penelope Cruz´s Job Application Letter.ByAndrés

Dear Mr. Nicoles
I´m submitting an application for the cashier position you advertised on the bulletin board of the cafetería.
I´ve spent the last 6 months working in a Mexican restaurant. I think that I am the best person for the job because I am positive person, I don´t believe in workplace gossip, I am a hard worker, I am willing to learn and I think that I don´t have any weakness.
I have customer service skills. I´m good at taking food orders and cashering. I have worked with Mr. Robert Means, the manager, and he has thaught me all he knows about customer services and other skills. I have also worked very closely with Mr. Rivera, who is the owner of the restaurant, and has helped train me to be a good worker.
What I like most about my current job is that it gives me the opportunity to meet people and it looks this position would do the same. I feel that I could be a valuable asset to your team, and I think that I have the skills that you require in a cashier.
I look forward to discussing my qualifications further and can be reached by email at pcruz@email.com or by phone at 460.555.0198.

I've spent the last six months working as a waitress for a Mexican restaurant that specializes in Mexican food. During that time, I've spent thousands of hours taking food orders, serving people and cashiering. What I like most about my current job is that it gives me the oportunity to be in touch with people and it looks like this possition would do the same.
I'm got some College credits and I'm planning to go to Hawaii University and get a degree in social work.
I'm a hardworker, I'm willing to learn and I don't believe in workplace gossip.
I look forward to discussing my califications further and can be reached by email at nicolecruz@hotmail.com or by pone 474568901.
Thank you so much for your time.
Best,
Nicole Cruz.
