I wish to complain about a T-shirt that I ordered from your shop on April 19th 2014.
I write this email because I ordered a black T-shirt and I got it in red.
I hope I'll receive a refund and a gift card because I don't need the T-shirt now.
It was not my fault, it was your mistake and I hope to receive a letter explaining the possition of your company.
You have ten days to do something about it or I'm going to consider my legal alternatives.
I am attaching copies of my credit card statement.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I wish to complain about a long dress that I ordered in size M but I got in size S. I want to return the item and receive a refund because I do not want this dress.
I would also like to receive a gift card because I am not interested in this item because it was for a ceremony last weekend.
When I first learned of this problem I talked with the store manager and he said that there was nothing to do with this problem. I believe that it is unfair because it was your mistake.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you in 15 days I will consider my legal alternatives.
I am attaching copies of my receipt and credit card.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I wish to complain about the colour of my high heeled shoes. I ordered the shoes in black and you sent them to me in red.
I hope that I will receive my black shoes and I would also like to get a store credit card for the trouble you caused me .
When I learnt of this problem I spoke with the manager of Marypaz Ferrol and he  told me that  nothing could be done. I believe that this response is unfair because it was not my fault, it was your mistake.
If I don´t hear from you within four days I will consider my legal alternatives.
