Dear Sr. Adams,
My name is Sara
Martínez and my family and I are interested in spending a holiday at
your hotel. We’re planning our holiday for next July and we need
some information about your hotel. I have been searching your website
and I couldn’t find any information about disabled people
facilities. My dad is in a wheelchair and we need to know if your
bathrooms are adapted and if you have elevators or rooms on the
ground floor.
I would also like to
know if you have free Internet access, a swimming pool and the type
of activities you have for families.
